  I've had a few massagers like this (including some more expensive), and it was time to find a replacement. My friend had this model and after trying it I was straight online to buy my own. This one is by far the best I've owned. The motors in the massage heads are good quality and can take a bit of pressure when I'm really trying to dig into a sore spot. This thing has saved me heaps of money in massages to help my neck.

  Whoever invented this deserves a hug... preferably after they've used this massager on me.
  
  As a mum of four, my neck and shoulders are basically held together by caffeine and good intentions, so this has been amazing. The massage is surprisingly powerful and really gets into those tight muscles.
  
  I also love that it's cordless, so I'm not stuck sitting next to a wall while trying to relax. It's honestly become one of my favourite purchases. It's available 24/7 and doesn't judge me for turning it on three times a day.

  This is the only massager I've bought that actually gets deep enough into those shoulder/neck knots. I've tried lots of massagers in the past, but what makes this one different is the level of pressure it has. It's good that you can adjust the width slightly and if you adjust the positioning, you can really get into those tight areas.

  Absolutely love this! Just 10 minutes of this daily on my shoulder blades and neck and I'm a new person! Super easy to use too. The thing that makes this even better is it is cordless, I love it!!!

  I used to have a rectangular pillow type massager for my neck and it was effective but a bit of a hassle to get it into the right position against the back of a chair. This thing is gold! So easy to position, Really comfortable and gives a great massage.

  The massage is quite strong even at the weakest intensity. There are 2 working modes and you can set 2 speed levels for each working mode. Don't expect the device to massage the entire shoulder blade and upper back area. I will only add that the device looks and feels very high quality, the motor power is strong as promised, the motor is very quiet! The device is easy to use, thanks to the seller for fast shipping and good packaging.

  I’ve had this for about a month now and use it almost on a daily basis. So far it’s worked really well, you can position it wherever you want on your neck and back to ease up those sore areas. You can also adjust how firm the pressure is by simply putting an extra towel or jumper/t-shirt on if you think it’s too hard but I like it the way it is. I just hope it will last me for a long time, it appears well built so for now I can say 5 stars.

  Definitely buy the 26W version!! It's convenient because it can charge with a Type-C port, and it's like a paradise when you press the power button and get a shoulder massage while applying pressure. It's really great, I highly recommend it.

  I was surprised by how long the battery lasts on this massager. A full charge takes about 3.5 hours, but then I can use it for roughly 1.5 hours in total, which is several days of 10-minute sessions. The massager itself is not too heavy, so I can move it from my desk chair to the couch without any trouble.

  It’s great that it’s not just for your neck and shoulders but can be moved around the whole body. I’m using it on my calves and thighs (along with a nice shoulder massage) you can control the presser by pressing on it and it slowly works its way up or down the leg. I have just started running again every second day and it feels great. I also think it is helping recovery. Overall great machine, compact enough that it can slide under my sofa out of the way each day and grab it when I want some relaxing or recovery time.

  The box was all torn and not in a good shape, but the item itself is great. Maybe if you want to gift it to someone you would have to put some more effort in the packaging. The massager itself works amazingly though, the 26w version is nice and hard, the charge seems to last plenty of time. There are 2 modes, each with 2 speeds. I would recommend it.

  It's a shame that the shoulders don't feel like they're pressing down all over but only slightly in the middle. Still, it's good to have such a product at this price.

  I bought mainly to use when my lower back feels a bit stiff and in need of a good massage. It works really well and when used correctly gently massages my back muscles. Automatically switches off after 10 minutes which so far has been ideal. It loosens the muscles which is what I hoped it would do.

  I tried it on as soon as it arrived and the buttons were pretty easy to navigate. It was a bit painful at first, but after that my stiff shoulders felt super relaxed.

  I've had this for a few months now. At first, I worried it was broken because after about 3x consecutive uses, it wouldn't turn back on. Turns out it switches off automatically every ten minutes, like a safety thing.
  
  It took me a while to figure out how to use it to best suit my body. I have chronic neck pain and lower back pain, and bought this to help with that. For my lower back, I lay the massager across the bed where my lower back will be, then put pillows above and below it to elevate my body, or I put a small pillow at the base of my office chair, then put it on top and lean back against it. I've figured out the best way for me to use it is in a high-back chair, with my head tilted to one side and my neck muscles stretched out, the massager moves it into a position that hits the right muscles. It takes some testing out, but I would recommend this to a friend :)!

  Great product! Works well on the neck. Only negative was the delivery driver leaving at the bottom of the driveway on a rainy day with full access to a dry spot at the house (also added these instructions to the delivery). If I didn’t have the neighbour move it for me it would’ve almost certainly been damaged as wasn’t waterproof packing. The product itself & order lead time is amazing.

  The heat function is practically non-existent. The massaging heads turn red, but they only become slightly warm rather than generating any actual heat.
